Abdulkadri Osumah

Dr. Abdulkadri Isimhemhe Osumah is the Organization’s Executive Director/Acting CEO. He is a medical graduate of the University Of Benin College of Medicine with background experience in Clinical Medicine & Management, Quality Assurance & Improvement, Healthcare Financing, Organizational Planning and Operations Management.

He is a result-oriented and decisive leader with passion for excellence and proven track record of success in Clinical performance management, quality assurance and improvement oversight, business development, operation & process as well as relationship management. He spearheaded the accreditation and management of the performance of over 500 hospitals across Nigeria.

He is an associate of the National Postgraduate Medical College. He started his career in clinical medicine after undergoing the compulsory internship and youth service with Aruna-Ogun Specialist Hospital before joining Reddington Multispecialist Hospital as a senior medical officer where he won the silver award for performance.

He joined Investcorp Medicare Limited as a Quality Assurance Manager and rose through the ranks to head the operations of the business as well as acting as the Chief Operating Officer. He was part of the team that ensured the first accreditation of the business and later its reaccreditation before setting up his own consulting firm. He has undergone different trainings on risk management in managed care, business process reengineering, quality assurance, and business development. He has facilitated different trainings which includes Performance Management for oil & gas middle management staff, strategic business planning for healthcare entrepreneurs, risk management in health insurance, and quality assurance in government-owned facility for Nurses and Community-based Health Insurance review for Ajeromi-Ifelodun LCDA.
