Ýëmi Aiyëola

Ýëmi Aiyëola is a seasoned and versatile Human Resources professional with several years of varied experience under his belt. He has a history of HR value creation and a knack for churning out impressive results.

Adeyemi has multi–sector and multi–disciplinary work experience cutting across Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Health Services and Financial Services sectors of the Economy with core expertise that spans Corporate Transformation and Restructuring, Strategy Design and Execution, Institutional Capacity Building, Talent Management, Performance Management, Culture and Change Management, Employee Relations and Engagement, HR Service Delivery, Administration as well as Organizational Design and Development.

A Master’s degree holder in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Akoka, BSc. (Hons) Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago and a Full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Adeyemi has a track record of excellent team management, interpersonal relationship, strong negotiation skills, exceptional presentation and writing skills.

He joined the services of HCI Healthcare Limited as the Head, Human Resources where he is responsible for the people management strategy and execution among other business management functions. Prior to joining HCI Healthcare Limited, he was the Head of Rewards and Performance Management for AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. He has worked in various capacities majorly within the Human Resources practice in notable companies such as Honeywell Flour Mills Plc. and Nestoil Group. He also has Sales and Marketing experience with First City Monument Bank and Industrial and General Insurance Company.

In addition to being a regular contributor on current HR issues and trends on social media, Adeyemi is the immediate past Financial Secretary and Head of the Consultancy, Research and Publication Committee of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management – Lagos State Branch. He has also served as the Chairman of CIPM Alimosho Chapter.

A multi-lingual, highly creative public speaker, actor and counsellor, Adeyemi is happily married with three Children.
